Family Pack

One pound of brisket, half a rack of ribs, two links of sausage, two pint sides, and a dozen slices of bread. Feeds four with leftovers in question.

Two pounds of brisket, a full rack, four links, a pound of turkey, four pint sides, and banana pudding for the road. Feeds eight.

Whole Brisket

A whole packer brisket, smoked and rested, sliced or left whole with slicing notes. Feeds twelve to fifteen. Two days' notice, please.
