Three ways to do it

Pick your level of lazy. We approve of all three.

Pans by the Pound

Pick it up cold or hot, or we drop it off. Meats by the pound, sides by the pan, sauce by the quart. You do the serving, we do the smoking.

Boxed Plates

Two meats, two sides, bread, pickles, and a cookie in every box, labeled and ready to hand out. Twenty box minimum.

The Whole Pit

We park the pit at your place, slice in front of your guests, and serve until everyone quits coming back. Paper goods, sauce, and cleanup included.

How it works

Three steps between you and a fed crowd.

  1. Hold your date

    Call or email with the date, the headcount, and where it's happening. Weekends book up; two weeks' notice keeps everyone calm.

  2. Build the spread

    Pick meats and sides off the board. We'll help with portions so nobody leaves hungry and you're not eating brisket for a week. Unless you want to be.

  3. We smoke, you host

    Pickup, drop-off, or full service with the pit on site. Either way it comes off post oak the same morning.

Good to know before you book.

Lead time

Two weeks' notice for weekends, one week for weekdays. Big weddings and holidays book further out.

Where we'll go

Anywhere within about 40 miles of Cedar Fork. Farther than that, call and we'll talk it through.

Holding the date

A 25% deposit holds your date. The balance settles the week of the event, after the final headcount.

What's included

Full service includes paper goods, serving gear, sauce, bread, pickles, and onions. Pans and boxes include sauce and fixings.
