What shapes the number

A few things move the price up or down. We walk through all of them before you owe anything.

The season

Spring and fall Saturdays are the busiest and priciest. Winter and midweek dates cost less.

The guest count

A dinner for forty and a dance for a hundred and fifty are different days. We price to your headcount.

The rooms & hours

Extra inn nights, a longer day, or a rehearsal supper are simple add-ons, listed plainly.
