Whether it has been six months or sixteen years since your last dental visit, you are welcome here. This page walks you through exactly what happens, start to finish.
The first visit, step by step
About 60 to 90 minutes, one gentle pace, zero lectures.
Before you arrive
Call, text, or send the request form and we will find a time that fits. Your new-patient forms arrive by email, so you can knock them out from the couch in about ten minutes.
Rather do paper? Come 15 minutes early and we will have a clipboard and a decent pen ready.
Walking in
The front desk knows you are coming and greets you by name. Coffee and water are by the window. If you are nervous, tell us. You will not be the first that day, and nobody here thinks less of you for it.
In the chair
Photos and X-rays if they are due, a gentle cleaning if you are ready for one, and a careful exam of teeth and gums. Everything shows up on the screen next to you, and we narrate as we go, or stay quiet if you prefer.
Raise a hand at any point and we stop. That rule never expires.
The plain-English plan
Dr. Reyes sits down with you, not over you, and sorts everything into three buckets: what is fine, what we should watch, and what needs care now. Costs come with the plan, not after it.
What happens next is up to you

Insurance, without the runaround
We file most PPO plans and check your benefits before your visit, so the estimate you approve is the bill you get. If something changes mid-treatment, we stop and talk first.
No insurance? No problem.
Simple flat pricing for exams, cleanings, and X-rays, quoted when you book. Bigger treatment can be split into payment plans. Ask the front desk and they will lay it out plainly.
The space
Spotless, quiet, and unhurried
Natural light, one patient per room, and equipment that gets wiped down and re-wrapped in front of you. The office smells like coffee, not like a dental office.
Parking is free, right outside the door, with a level walk in. No stairs, no maze of hallways.
