The bread and butter. We cut at the right height for the season, switch up mowing patterns so the grass stays upright, and edge every walk, curb, and bed line until it looks drawn with a ruler.

Weekly or biweekly, same day every week, from the same small crew that learns where your dog hides and which gate sticks.

Landscaping & beds

Beds built, refreshed, and kept honest: mulch that matches, stone borders that stay put, and plants chosen because they can survive a Texas August, not just look good in April.

We sketch the plan on paper first and quote it as one number, so you know what the finished bed costs before a shovel moves.

Shrub & tree trimming

Shaping that follows the plant instead of fighting it. We trim shrubs so they thicken up instead of hollowing out, and limb up trees so the lawn under them gets light and you get your view back.

Big tree work that needs a bucket truck gets an honest referral to a proper arborist. We stay off ladders we should not be on.

Sprinklers & irrigation

Brown circles usually mean a head is clogged, tilted, or buried, not that your yard is dying. We walk every zone, fix what is fixable on the spot, and tune run times to the season so the water bill behaves.

Sod, seed & feeding

Thin, patchy, or plain bare: most lawns can come back without being torn out. We patch bad spots with sod, overseed thin areas in the fall, and put down fertilizer and pre-emergent on a schedule that matches the grass, not the calendar aisle.

Cleanups & hauling

The yard that got away from somebody: we do those, no judgment. Overgrowth cut back, beds dug out, brush piled, and all of it on the trailer the same day. You get before and after photos because you will not believe it otherwise.
