Since 2011

Started with one push mower and a promise

Carlos Ramos started Bluebonnet with a used mower, a borrowed trailer, and a rule he still keeps: show up when you said, and leave the yard better than you found it. Word got around, the way it does in a small town, and one yard became a route.

These days his wife Marisol runs the schedule and the quotes, their son Diego leads a crew, and the trailer is theirs now. What has not changed is who answers the phone: a Ramos, every time.

How we work

Small enough to care, steady enough to count on

We keep the crew small and the route tight, which means we turn some jobs down when we’re full rather than stretch thin and do them badly. If we take your yard, it’s because we can do it right.

We are honest about what a yard needs, including when the answer is “less than you think.” A watered lawn beats a fertilized one, and we’d rather tell you that than sell you a program.
