About the shop

A family-owned repair shop that grew up around one rule: tell people the truth and do the work right.

Caleb Harlan, owner of Ironridge Service and Repair
Caleb Harlan, owner

From his father's bay to his own

Caleb grew up handing tools to his father in a two-bay shop off the old highway. He learned the trade the slow way, took it over in 1998, and never saw a reason to change the part that worked: be straight with people, and stand behind the repair.

Over the years the shop outgrew two buildings before landing on Industrial Loop. The bay is bigger now, the equipment is better, and there is a full fleet program. What has not changed is who answers when you call and what they tell you when they do.

Today Ironridge runs a crew of ASE-certified technicians and keeps a standing line open for the fleets that depend on it.

How we work

What you can count on

01Straight answersWe tell you what is wrong, what it takes to fix it, and what it does not need. No padding the ticket.
02Clear communicationYou hear from us before the work, not after. Approvals, updates, and timelines you can plan around.
03Quality workRepairs done to spec with the right parts, checked twice, and backed by our name on the building.
04Return to serviceThe job is not done until you are moving again. Everything we do points at that one outcome.
